Tiers
I've had this tiered skirt for years and years. It's one of my favorite skirts for work and play, and it was insanely cheap. I wore this outfit to work, and then met up with my sister and our friend Mary for dinner. I'm definitely in love with the way that peplum shirts look with a skirt.
