Biscuits and Grits

This skirt is one of the items I purchased at Clothes Hound's party last Friday. I really love the print, and I scooped up the last one! These pictures were taken over the weekend when the hubs and I went out for a southern breakfast at Big Ed's complete with grits, biscuits, and sweet tea! Bohemian

I wore this outfit over the weekend to attend a birthday party, and I felt a little bohemian in my flowy top and curly hair. This was one of the first weekends since September that I didn't have to work, and it felt amazing! I think yellow and blue has easily become one of my favorite color combinations.

It's Party Time

On Friday, Clothes Hound held a party to celebrate the launch of their new (and fabulous) website. There were great people, wine, food, and shopping. What more could you ask for? I went with my sister and we had a great time talking with Bryce and Mary from Clothes Hound, and I finally got to meet Marissa from Shabby, Chic, and Cheap!

Sunshine

I received a majority of this outfit for my birthday, including this Rebecca Minkoff bag from my husband (he definitely spoils me). I love the yellow and blue together along with my snakeskin shoes. This was the perfect weekend outfit for shopping at my favorite store and going out to lunch. I'm already looking forward to this week and can't wait to go to Clothes Hound's party tomorrow! Here are some of the items I'm currently craving this week! I'm in love with the chevron rings (I actually purchased a similar pair a few days ago. I couldn't resist!), and I also really love the Nine West shoes. The pop of orange is so fun and perfect for spring/summer.

Peplum and Mint

I wore this outfit on my birthday and it combines two of my favorite trends for spring, mint and peplum. I had been searching for afffordable mint jeans everywhere, and I scored this pair at Kohl's for $30! It was definitely a great deal. My cap toe obsession also continues with this outfit, I seriously can't stop buying them.
