I love seeing what products people carry around in their purse, so today I wanted to share my purse essentials with you! During the work week, I keep a number of items on hand that I know I’ll need. I always carry my silver wallet which is the perfect size, over sized sunglasses, phone, backup phone charger (so necessary), business cards for the blog (you never know who you will run into), and some essentials to keep me healthy all year long, but especially during the colder months.

The essentials that keep me healthy are Advil, Emergen-C Immune + Chewables, and Chapstick Total Hydration. I pick them up at Walmart, and they are true life savers to keep on hand! The Advil tablet vial helps headaches, minor arthritis and other joint pain, muscle aches and pains of the common cold. Nothing’s stronger, longer lasting or better on your tough aches and pains than Advil, and nothing works on more pains than Advil (among OTC pain relievers). I love the smaller size of the vial because it fits perfectly in my bag. Then we have Emergen-C Immune + Chewables which provides me with immune support. I swear by Emergen-C whenever I feel an illness coming on, or whenever someone at the office is sick. Work is definitely a place where I catch a lot of illnesses from, and Emergen-C gives me have more healthy days and nights. Also, Chapstick Total Hydration is a must have of mine (I love the vanilla one) in order to keep my lips healthy and free of being chapped by the cold weather. It’s 100% natural, and it instantly smooths and moisturizes which I love. It comes in a lot of different scents which is so fun! I like to put on Chapstick first, and then lipstick over top of it. What are your purse essentials?

    I have a sample of Emergen-C that I'm waiting until the "right time" to try. I've heard it works wonders, so we'll have to see about that!

    I've used the Emergen-C product for the kids, but like most moms I have totally neglected myself! With winter approaching, I should pick up those chewables asap! {client}
