The first week in January my husband and I decided to start following the 21 Day Fix program (I talked about it here). Basically it involves using portion control containers and working out for 30 minutes every day. After following the 21 Day Fix program for 4 rounds I decided that I needed a change. The workouts weren't as challenging anymore, so I'm currently participating in the 60 day challenge for Hammer and Chisel! These workouts are seriously no joke. I mean, I said I needed a challenge, right?! I'm down 30 pounds now, and I've lost a lot more weight since these pictures were taken back at the end of February. I'm excited to see where I'll be in June once the challenge is over!
