Next week I’m participating in Flywheel’s 7 day challenge! If you aren’t familiar with Flywheel it’s a fitness studio that offers 2 different classes. They offer a spin class (45, 60, or 90 minutes), and and also a barre class which uses light weights and core exercises to help strengthen and tone your body. I had the pleasure of touring the Flywheel studio in Cameron Village
last Saturday. I can’t get over how amazing the studio is! It’s very clean, sleek, and modern which I love. In the studio they have a couple different rooms for classes, water dispensers (both cold
and room temperature), lockers, individual showers (how amazing is that?!), and lots of products you can
use (think dry shampoo, makeup remover wipes, hair ties, and a whole lot
more!). They really have thought of everything that you might need to
make you feel as comfortable as possible and to have a great time in
For the 7 day challenge you first select whether you’re going to do Flywheel or Flybarre (I’m doing a combination so I can tell you guys about both classes). During July 11-18 you will then attend 5 classes, follow a nutrition plan, and you will get the support of one of Flywheel’s amazing coaches! This challenge is perfect if you’ve fallen off the wagon a little bit with your exercising and clean eating with the 4th of July holiday. It’s a great way to get back on track while having a lot of fun, and it’s a short time commitment! I’m doing the challenge to switch up my exercise routine from 21 day fix to hopefully get over this plateau that I’ve hit recently. I’d love it if you joined me on this challenge!
Thank you to Flywheel for giving me the complimentary challenge package.
