This week is Fly Fit Week at Flywheel! You might remember my blog posts from the 7 day challenge back in July here, here, and here. Fly Fit Week will be a little different for me vs. the 7 day challenge in that I'll be taking 5 Flywheel classes in 1 week which is the most that I've ever done (last time I did a combination of Flywheel and Flybarre classes). I've been consistently going to Flywheel classes each week (and I absolutely love it!), but I know that taking 5 classes in one week is going to be challenging. I'm also following a meal plan this week with yummy fall recipes like pumpkin spice quinoa pancakes and butternut squash and kale lasagna. There's a Facebook group for Fly Fit Week too so that there is a support system for everyone going through this challenge. It's going to be fun!
If I'm going to taking so many Flywheel classes I have to dress the part, right?! How fun are these leggings with the stripe down the side, and the tank that says 'push yourself'? It's the perfect motivational tank to get through the challenge.
