How To: De-stress During the Holidays

The holidays can be such a stressful time of year. Between buying the perfect gifts, decorating the house, and fitting in all of the holiday parties into our schedule I’m usually left feeling overwhelmed. I’m sure so many of you can relate to this so I wanted to talk about de-stressing during the holidays! One big way that you can de-stress this holiday season is by working out, and I love attending Flywheel classes for this reason! I’m able to work out all my frustrations for 45 minutes on the bike and I’m left feeling much more calm and relaxed by the end of the class. The bonus is that at the same time I burn 700+ calories which isn’t bad either! How do you de-stress during the holidays?

    I definitely keep my workout schedule- while I never really WANT to hit the gym, I always feel so much better after I do. 🙂

    Working out keeps me less stressed all year. Going for a run or doing some yoga always makes me feel better. Now, if only I could get my body right after injury!

    Wow, I didn't realize you burned so many calories in one of the classes. Working out is definitely a great dress relief.
