The holidays can be such a stressful time of year. Between buying the perfect gifts, decorating the house, and fitting in all of the holiday parties into our schedule I'm usually left feeling overwhelmed. I'm sure so many of you can relate to this so I wanted to talk about de-stressing during the holidays! One big way that you can de-stress this holiday season is by working out, and I love attending Flywheel classes for this reason! I'm able to work out all my frustrations for 45 minutes on the bike and I'm left feeling much more calm and relaxed by the end of the class. The bonus is that at the same time I burn 700+ calories which isn't bad either! How do you de-stress during the holidays?
