If you follow me on Instagram (@akeeleywhite), you might have seen that I went on a road trip a couple weeks ago with Meghan, Danielle, and Glory! We decided that it would be fun to go to Washington, DC for The Blog Societies workshop, and take a pit stop in Richmond along the way.
We took our road trip in a Toyota RAV4 that we all absolutely loved. It had plenty of room for the 4 of us and all of our luggage. We also had XM radio and a navigation system which was perfect for our drive. We stayed at Linden Row Inn in Richmond and it’s such a gorgeous boutique historical hotel located in downtown. The hotel is made of 7 row houses built in the 1800’s and the rooms are furnished with antiques. It was different than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it has the most gorgeous courtyard.
After checking into the hotel and doing some exploring, we changed into our dresses from The Mint Julep Boutique and had dinner at Max’s on Broad. I can’t say enough good things about the meal we had. I had their ratatouille which was their vegetarian dish, we all shared truffle fries, and also enjoyed their prosecco on tap. I definitely recommend it for dinner when in Richmond!
