Nightly Skincare Routine

I’ve made some changes to my nightly skincare routine recently, and I wanted to share more about it today! My skin is a combination of oily, sensitive, acne prone, and dry which makes it a bit of a problem. In order to help with these issues, I have a nightly routine that consists of three different steps that I make sure to follow. Here are the steps:

Step 1. I have a rule that I don’t go to bed before taking off my makeup, so the first thing I do is use a makeup remover wipe. I use one to remove the makeup all over my face, and then I also use a smaller one that’s just for removing my stubborn eye makeup.

Step 2. After using the makeup remover wipes, I wash my face because the wipes don’t usually remove all of the makeup and dirt on my face. I like to use my favorite face wash or cleanser with the Remington Facial Cleansing Brush that is available at Walmart or I love that this brush is multi-functional in that it both cleans my face deeply and exfoliates my skin. The Remington Facial Cleansing Brush has the ability to clean 10x better than manual cleansing because of the dual action head. It is also rechargeable and is shower-proof which are definitely added bonuses. I’ve recently started using this brush and I absolutely love it!

Step 3. The third and final step is to moisturize. I like to use a lotion that’s good for both sensitive and acne prone skin, but that still helps with my dry skin during the colder months.

Thanks for sharing! I used to not take my makeup off either but finally made myself make it a priority several years ago. It's really helped.

I have the same skin type–sensitive, oily, yet dry in some spots. It is definitely a pain to find products that work. This is so affordable and sounds great. I haven't used my clarisonic in forever, I need to get back on it.
