After our stay in Richmond, we packed up the RAV4 and drove to D.C. for The Blog Societies workshop. We stayed at the Kimpton Glover Park Hotel which is a new boutique hotel located near Georgetown. It’s not far from downtown D.C., and is located in a quiet residential area which was the perfect location after a busy day. I absolutely loved the modern feel of the hotel as soon as we walked into the lobby. It’s definitely my kind of style! We had a room with two queen beds (they were insanely comfortable!) on the top floor of hotel that had the most gorgeous view of the Washington monument. It was truly breathtaking. Glover Park Hotel also serves coffee and tea in the lobby each morning, and they host a happy hour each evening where guests can mix and mingle. There’s also a restaurant called Casolare which is where we had dinner full of prosecco, pizza, and pasta. It was delicious and so much fun too! We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous hotel and they treated us so well!
