Scalloped Dress

Happy November! This year has seriously flown by, and I’m looking forward to the month ahead as we continue to prepare for Baby W’s arrival in 7 weeks! I mentioned in this post last week that I’ve been turning more towards maternity clothes that don’t actually look like maternity clothes. This will definitely allow me to wear this dress while I’m still pregnant. and then also afterwards as well which I really like because it gives me more bang for my buck.  I fell in love with this scalloped little black dress as soon as I saw it at PinkBlush because of the gorgeous sleeves and hem line. I think that it’s going to be the perfect dress for a variety of occasions, including my sister’s engagement party next weekend! I really love it here with this fun tassel necklace and burgundy ankle boots for the weekend, but I think for her party I’ll be wearing some statement earrings and gold flats instead. The best part about this dress is that can be worn in a variety of ways which makes it a winner in my book! It’s also really comfortable and under $60 which is an added bonus too.

That is such a cute dress with the scallop detailing, and I love the boots.
