I mentioned recently that my husband and I recently had a ‘babymoon staycation’ which was the perfect relaxing weekend! This is one of the outfits that I wore for brunch, shopping, and then when we went to get a couples massage. It was definitely a great weekend and allowed us to take a break from all of the preparations for baby girl’s arrival. As of now, I think that we’ve just about knocked out everything on our to-do list that we wanted to get done before she arrives. It’s definitely a good feeling and has me feeling even more relaxed!
As far as this outfit goes, as soon as I saw this cut out sweater from PinkBlush I knew that I had to add it to my wardrobe! The necklace is so unique and unlike anything that I’ve seen before, and it’s the perfect cozy piece to wear during the weekend. I really love the black and white stripes, the length, and how soft this sweater is. I really like it here paired with my favorite dark jeans, and my blush colored mules which are just about the only pair of shoes that will fit me right now. Mules are definitely a must have pair of shoes if you’re pregnant! I also think that that this sweater would be a great piece to wear at home as well with a pair of maternity leggings for an even more comfortable look. Not only that, but I think that it would be a great nursing piece as well which is an added bonus. It’s also under $40 which makes this a great budget friendly piece too.
