Charlotte is now 6 months old which I can hardly believe! She’s sleeping in her crib now (without any blankets) in a zipadee zip, and she sleeps from 7:30 pm – 7:00 am. I’m so thankful that she’s sleeping through the night and I’ve been feeling like a whole new person these days! However lately I’ve been having all the feelings about her growing so quickly, and I’ve been missing her nighttime feedings a little bit. She would be so cuddly in the middle of the night, and that’s something that I’m missing now that this girl is trying to move all the time.We are still following The Baby Whisperer and her E.A.S.Y routine for babies (Eat, Activity, Sleep, You time). Now that we’ve switched up her routine from the one that she was one on at 3 months old (you can read about it here), I thought I would share Charlotte’s current routine:
7:00 AM-Wake up for the day and feed
7:30 AM-Activity time
9:15 AM-You time!
11:30 AM- Activity time
1:15 PM-You time!
3:30 PM-Activity time
5:00 PM-Cat nap (this nap is usually hit or miss)
5:15 PM-You time!
7:00 PM-Bedtime routine including a second feeding (I switch things up a little bit here from The Baby Whisperer and I feed her again to top her off).
7:45 PM-You time! This is when we start making dinner.
