A couple of weeks ago Meghan, Courtney, Glory, and I visited Mandolin Farm for cocktail hour! Mandolin Farm is located in Raleigh, and it’s where Chef Fowler sources produce for dishes at his restaurant Mandolin near downtown Raleigh.
When I first arrived at the farm, I couldn’t get over how absolutely gorgeous the farm was! The setup was so beautiful with lights hanging in the trees, and fresh flowers on the table. We first sipped on cocktails and sampled the h’dourves before exploring the property. When exploring the farm, we were fortunate enough to be able to meet their two pygmy goats. This was oddly enough the first time I ever pet a goat, and I couldn’t get over how cute and sweet they were!
Mandolin Farm was hosting their Fall Farmer’s Dinner where all proceeds went towards the Central and Eastern North Carolina Food Bank to help support victims of Hurricane Florence. Mandolin Farm host a dinner seasonally so be on the lookout for the next one if you’re in the Raleigh area!
