I’ve done a lot of research on ways to increase milk supply throughout my almost 11 months of nursing Charlotte. Other than drinking a lot of water, I also drink this smoothie each morning which does seem to help! I just measure everything out, slice up the banana, and put it all in my ninja blender (I have this one and it’s perfect for smoothies). It’s what I have for breakfast each morning and it’s quick, easy, and fills me up which is definitely what I need. It also tastes like a milkshake which doesn’t hurt either!

Here’s the ingredients:

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1 banana

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

2 teaspoons of peanut butter

1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon of brewer’s yeast
