It’s been a little while since I shared Charlotte’s schedule (here are her 3 month, 6 month, and 10 month schedules)! I found reading other children’s schedules to be really helpful when trying to come up with one that works for Charlotte and for us. It’s hard to know at first when they should sleep and eat, especially because it changes so much during the first year.
The biggest changes in her schedule are that Charlotte started drinking whole milk at around 12 months, and also dropped her morning nap at around 13 months. Here’s what we have found works for us and Charlotte at the age of 19 months:
7:30 AM-Wake up for the day
1:30 PM-4:00 PM-Nap
