I’ve been making self-care more of a priority these days, and one of my favorite self-care techniques lately is doing a face mask before bed. I’m not a big fan of sheet masks because they always just slide off my face, and instead I’ve been loving face masks that you apply and then rinse off. Here are the two face masks that I’ve been using lately:
After I cleanse and use a toner, I’ll use Beauty Pie’s 5 Minute Facial once or twice a week. You use a grape size amount and massage it all of your face, leave it on for five minutes, and then rinse it off. I always feel like my face is so smooth after using this mask because of the little beads that help exfoliate your skin, and it isn’t messy at all.
Indian Healing Clay Mask:
My sister kept telling me about this clay face mask, and I should have tried it sooner! It is seriously amazing and it’s less than $10 on Amazon. The first time I tried it I was a little freaked out because it does make your face pulsate a little, however this mask is really great for breakouts and it clears them up by the next morning. I like using it once or twice a week as well, but it is a little messy which is the only downside.
