Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Cauliflower Pizza Recipe-@headtotoechic-Head to Toe Chic

I’m so excited to be cooking again now that we are back from Nashville (I’ll be sharing my travel guide soon)! This recipe is one that I’ve been making a lot lately because of how perfect it is for summer. It’s a light and easy vegetarian recipe for dinner, and it’s one that takes less than 30 minutes to make. Here’s my favorite way to make a cauliflower pizza:

Frozen cauliflower pizza crust (I like the one by Trader Joe’s or Green Giant)

Tomato sauce

Sliced tomato

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Balsamic glaze

1. Bake the cauliflower crust per the directions.

2. Once it’s finished top it with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and sliced tomato. Broil it for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

3. Top with arugula, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

4. Enjoy!

I think think this pizza would also be amazing grilled. What’s your favorite way to make a cauliflower pizza?

Floral Maxi

I’m only 5’1″ so when I find a maxi dress that fits it feels like a victory! I found this one from Old Navy online a couple months ago, and I fell in love with it. I really like the higher neckline, the colors, the print, and that it actually fits me. Not to mention, it’s under $40 too which is such a steal. I love it with these fun flower earrings that are Sugarfix x BaubleBar and with these Marc Fisher sandals. If you’re petite too, what’s your favorite place to find maxi dresses?

Tuesday’s Cravings: Under $200

Here are the items that I’m currently craving this week! I definitely need to replace some of my pajamas, and I really love these leopard pajama shorts from Target. They look so comfortable, and they are under $15 too which is an added bonus. I also love this printed shirt dress which would be great for the office. I can definitely see myself wearing it with my Marc Fisher slides and a pair of tassel statement earrings. Which is your favorite, and what are you currently craving?

Favorite Clothes for Charlotte

Here are some of my favorite clothes that we have for Charlotte! She is now in 18 month clothing, and Carter’s is our go to brand for her usually. I really love their snap-up rompers¬† for Charlotte for summer, and we probably have about 10 of them. They are just so easy to put on her in the morning, and they make diaper changes really easy!

When it comes to shoes, I’ve been buying sandals for her at Old Navy. Charlotte has really small feet and she’s in a size 3, where most toddler shoes start in a size 5. It’s definitely been hard to find shoes that fit her feet that have a hard bottom, but at Old Navy size 12-18 months fits her perfectly. She usually wears this silver pair or gold pair, and they are so affordable.

Where is your favorite place to buy children’s clothes?
