This past Thursday I attended Models for Charity‘s Fashion show with my sister. Models for Charity is a group in Raleigh that raises money for different charities through modeling, and this fashion show in particular benefited Interact of Wake County. The fashion show featured beautiful clothing from boutiques such as Clothes Hound, Art of Style, Scout and Molly’s, Whalebone, Haley’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Wardrobbe. The fashion show was a lot of fun, and I’m glad that I could help out such a good cause by attending.
I recently went to Washington D.C. to visit with friends. I got to see my best friend who just moved to D.C., got to meet up with a friend who I haven’t seen in over 2 years, and got to spend more time with my co-worker. We ate, drank, shopped, and saw all of the sights. It was so great to catch up with everyone and to have a girls weekend.

My husband and I were running errands downtown recently, and this location that we found is amazing. I love the combination of orange and leopard, and the fact that I can wear just a blazer in this unseasonably warm winter.

I’ve been seeing neon everywhere recently from handbags to clothing. The way to pull off this trend is to pair it with classic pieces. For example, wear gray pants and a white sweater then add a pop of neon in your nail polish. Here are some ways you can add neon into your wardrobe:
