Cap Toe

Ever since I saw #1 below I’ve been obsessed with cap toe shoes. I love the contrast between the toe and the rest of the shoe and I’ve already included a couple pairs into my wardrobe. I have come to prefer these shoes over just plain flats or heels because they tend to go with more clothing and they are a lot more fun!

Which is your favorite? I love #1, #3 (I already own it), and #7.

A New Year

New Year’s Eve was full of delicious Italian food, friends, and champagne. It was a lot of fun and I loved how low key it was!

Whenever I think of what to wear on New Year’s Eve my mind instantly goes to sequins. I’m going to be wearing something like the outfit above in order to feel festive. We are going out to dinner to a new Italian restaurant and then we will be spending the rest of the night with friends and family drinking champagne and watching the ball drop on TV. What will you be wearing and what are your plans?

I love the geometric pattern on this dress, and I especially love it paired with my new Old Navy coat. I purchased this dress during Vestique’s after Christmas sale with my gift card (thanks Robert!). I wore this outfit to work and then out to P.F. Changs for dinner with my husband. Also I’m happy to announce that once I reach 100 followers on my blog I’ll be doing a giveaway!
