A couple of weeks ago my friend Ashley invited me to a Silpada party to look at all of the gorgeous jewelry. Ashley is a Silpada representative and you can check out her website here. This past week I went shopping with a friend at Nordstrom’s ‘Half-Yearly’ sale. Once I saw these pink studded loafers I knew I had to have them.  I paired it with a sheer button down shirt and some super comfortable skinny jeans. I wore this outfit out to dinner with the hubs on Friday for our celebration!

One of my favorite accessories is definitely a statement necklace because it adds character to any basic outfit, such as a plain shirt and pencil skirt. Another way to add a personal touch to an outfit is to also layer some basic necklaces with a statement necklace. Below are my favorite necklaces that were all budget friendly.
